Refund Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for regular parts and services and up to 30 calendar days for special order parts and/or custom service requests. Your refund will be processed using your original payment method. For additional questions, please use one of the contact methods at the bottom of our home page. Please note we cannot answer questions regarding refund process times. Any questions regarding this, please contact your bank. Please see additional information below.

*Special order parts may not be eligible for return or refund. If a special order part is eligible, a 25% stocking fee may be applied before a refund is processed. Furthermore, any shipping costs associated with an ordered part may be applied against the refund if a refund was requested due to customer cancellation of services.

**Electrical parts, made to fit parts, or custom designed or altered parts may not be eligible for return or refund. 

***Charges for service (service charge), diagnostic, inspection, cancellation, rescheduling or labor hours spent are not eligible for refund for any reason, with or without work being completed.
